Welcome to St. Joseph's Primary and Preschool web site. St Joseph's is a caring, innovative, co-educational, multicultural, inner-city school. St Joseph's Catholic Primary School aims to provide a positive learning environment where Gospel values permeate all areas of learning and school life. Our goal is to enable students to develop the skills they will need to be successful in life. Established in 1927 by the Sisters of Mercy, St Joseph's has proudly served the Cairns region for 79 years.

The school currently has a current enrolment of around 360 students and is offering options of FULL-TIME or PART-TIME PRESCHOOL for 2006, as well as enrolments for all other Year levels. St Joseph's is also a registered provider for Overseas students.
